Here are some frequently asked questions regarding airport parking services to help you out. These questions are intended to help our customers before and after they reserve parking with us. How does parking for meet and greet service works?

Meet and greet parking offers a stress-free experience of reliable airport parking. When you book meet and greet parking with us, you do not need to search for vacant parking spaces in jam-packed airport parking lots. Simply hand over your car to trusted and fully insured drivers to park for you while you head for the departure lounge.
Upon your return, inform your parking operator of your arrival and your appointed driver will collect your car from the compound and bring it back to you at the airport terminal.

What should I do if I do not receive my booking confirmation email?

If for any reason, you do not receive your confirmation email for the booking, you can simply view, print, or resend your confirmation email for the booking via the My Booking page. Since all our emails are automatically generated but you did not receive yours, it might be because the mail server has directed that email to your junk or spam folder. Do make sure to check your junk or spam folder before you contact us to resend that email address. Along with the booking confirmation email, you will also receive an email for payment confirmation from the payment gateway.

Can I make changes to my booking for dates and other details?

Please visit the My Booking page to make amendments to your flight information as well as personal and vehicle details. To make these changes, you will require a reference number and the email address provided at the time of booking.

Will my car be stored safely in the parking?

Cars are stored in private car parks by the selected parking service provider. All measures taken to ensure vehicle safety by the service providers are shown on their information pages. Parking service providers that have been awarded Park Mark by the British Parking Association are generally a safer parking option. These car parks with Park Mark have been vetted by police and have the appropriate safety measures installed to ensure vehicle safety at all times.

During busy parking days, sometimes vehicles are relocated to other compounds which may not have full security features. However, all vehicles are parked at the insured risk of the owner.

Are all parking provider companies insured?

Yes, all companies providing parking services are fully insured for any road risks. All drivers are also insured and have an authentic driving licence.

How can I cancel my booking?

All bookings except non-flexible offers which are generally non-refundable can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the date of vehicle drop off. All cancellation requests shall administration fee except cases where cancellation cover is added to in the booking. What should I do if my return flight gets delayed?

Generally, flight delays do not cause issues. Parking providers can track your return flight if you provide the flight number at the time of parking reservation. When flight delays lead to additional parking day(s), the operator may charge you for additional parking days. Should you return at a time that is outside the general operating hours of your parking provider, they may require you to pay an additional fee for special services.

What if I arrive late or early for the parking?

If you suspect that your arrival will be late or early, please make sure to call the parking operator so that they may arrange for a driver to meet you accordingly. Should you fail to inform the operator, you may have to wait for a while.

How far will you drive my car to park it?

Parking compounds are located within a 5 to 8 mile radius of the airport. However, during rush hours, the operator may have to move your car to another compound for security or operational reasons.

Can I get a VAT receipt for parking?

If you require a VAT receipt, we can get it upon request from your relevant parking provider. According to the HMRC VAT Receipt Guidelines, only the principal parking operator can provide the full VAT receipt. Book My Parking acts merely as an agent and therefore does not have the authority to provide a VAT invoice. Instead, we can only give you Gross Payment for parking.
